Katherine & Adam’s Classic Wedding at The James Ward Mansion
Location: The James Ward Mansion, Westfield, New Jersey
Highlights: We were so excited to return to The James Ward Mansion and capture Katherine and Adam’s wedding day! We spent the morning with our couple getting ready, Katherine provided us with the most stunning details and Adam surprised us with some very fun WWE-themed socks. The girls popped some champagne and we photographed the perfect set of portraits for our couple before we all met downstairs for an incredibly sweet first look. We made our way over to the beautiful grounds of Mindowaskin Park where we had some fun with our bridal party. The girls brought their best Beyonce attitudes and these shots were killer. Then we sent our bridal party back to the venue so we could spend some time focusing on the most important people of the day - Katherine and Adam. Their personalities had us laughing and vibing the whole time as we walked around the park. They were able to pivot from making each other giggle to full blown romantic looks throughout all the photos and we were here for it! Then it was time to head back for family photos and their ceremony. We snagged some more intimate romantic shots upstairs before it was time to say “I do!” Their bilingual ceremony was really emotional and beautiful and their first kiss as husband and wife was perfect. Cocktail hour led into golden hour and sunset up on the secret back staircase at the mansion. Then it was time to party! Both Katherine and her dad’s dance and Adam’s dance with his sister had us bawling with emotion. Just when we thought we could go back to party mode, Katherine’s sister and Adam’s brother made us cry even more with their toasts. This day was super emotional, and the best way to recover was out on the dance floor! This crew definitely knew how to get down and the rest of the night was spent dancing with their loved ones. We ended the night with a group shot and night photo outside on the iconic balcony. We are so happy for Katherine & Adam and the start of their amazing adventure as husband and wife!
