Holly & Michael’s Sentimental Asbury Park Engagement Session

Location: Pascal & Sabine and all around Asbury Park, NJ

Highlights: Holly and Michael first met in and around Asbury Park, NJ where they were both working. Their relationship blossomed in this city and even though they had moved to California they knew they would be coming back here for their engagement photos and ultimately their wedding. They didn’t want the “traditional” Asbury Park spots, but wanted to hit all the places that were sentimental to them. We started off their session at Pascal & Sabine where they had many dates and loved to hang out. After grabbing cocktails and cozying up together for some intimate moments, Holly and Michael were ready to hit the streets for some more photos. We walked along Cookman and stopped at House of Independents where their friend had changed the marquee for them. This was so damn cool and perfect since Michael used to DJ there a lot. We strolled along the bridge and then stopped at some dark and dreamy corners for some more moody shots. Our session ended with a spontaneous stop on those stairs (IYKYK) and these actually turned out to be Holly’s favorite photos of the day!
