Highlights: Mary & Jan had the most beautiful classic vintage inspired wedding at the Mill Lakeside Manor. What can we even say about this day other than it was perfectly planned, gorgeously executed, slightly chaotic, kind of hilarious, and 100% full of love! We started the morning at the Hewitt Wellington Hotel where everyone got ready. This big bridal party has us on our toes but we got so many fun shots (photos and liquor) getting ready. The colors of the day and florals and every single detail including Mary’s stunning emerald ring matched so beautifully. We got a little emotional as her mom and best friend helped her get dressed but we pulled it together to leave for first look. We met up with Jan at Spring Lake Park and his reaction to seeing Mary was absolutely priceless! These two are so clearly in love and they couldn’t stop smiling at each other. We brought out our rowdy bridal party for some fun photos in the park and then sent them on their way so we could focus on our bride and groom. They both have such a grteat sense of humor and had us all laughing the whole day with them. We headed to The Mill for a little downtime in the bridal suite and our couple had a champagne toast and relaxed while we got some more shots of them. Then we had to make a stop at the dock to feed the swans of course! These may be some of our favorite photos of the day. The ceremony was very true to our couple, funny and sweet, and then it was time for the most epic dance party ever. Mary and Jan had the dance floor packed all night, only sneaking out on to the balcony for some amazing sunset photos and then again at the end of the night to run around among the lighted trees outside to end their beautiful day!
